We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase and are not 100% satisfied, please e-mail us at orders@HandMadeInMI.com and we will do our best to make you happy.
If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item back and we will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee (the original shipping charge is non-refundable). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 3 days of receiving the item and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
